Combine balance strength and flexibility in specialised weekly classes. Open to all levels we will cover a range of techniques to keep fit and tone your body. Perfect for a base or complimentary training to other circus arts, dance and sports. This intensive course invites you to get fit, discover what your body and really do and have fun.
During these classes you will spend one session per week with an experienced teacher safely covering everything from splits to bridges. Whilst not only allowing you to bend and create new shapes these classes improve stability, core and overall toning of the body by using passive and active stretches. Hands on instruction will ensure proper alignment and saftey during classes as well as working in pair or groups, although no partner is required to attend the class.
